Leadership & Inquiry — Lisbon
Leadership breaks down
where self-deception begins.
I work with senior leaders who want to meet pressure, power, and complexity without being run by the identities they have built to survive them.
01 — The slip
Something has begun to slip. Decisions land harder than they used to. Meetings end with agreement you do not trust. The room reads you before you read it. Underneath it all, a tiredness that does not lift on the weekend.
What a leader is hiding from runs the leadership. The decision becomes shaped by what is being protected, not by the situation. The cost gets paid quietly — in the room that goes formal, in the people who stop bringing the hard thing, in the relationships that thin, in the front you can never afford to drop.
02 — The work
We meet the pressure directly, and the parts of you that form around it — the fixer, the strategist, the one who holds it all together — are seen for what they are. What is underneath does not need to be built. It only needs to be met.
“Artur is exceptional. His ability to understand the complexity of issues a person can go through is almost unbelievable. He helped me in ways that I didn’t even know were possible. I am extremely busy and have many responsibilities, and his coaching gently cuts through the noise of my thoughts, helping me find my resources with authenticity, clarity and effectiveness. It’s liberating.
03 — Who this is for
This work is for people carrying real weight. Founders, partners, and senior operators who have climbed far enough to notice that the climb is not the answer. People who want to discover what moves underneath the weight. This work does not require you to be broken. It requires you to be honest.
04 — How we work
Three or six months as a defined season — typically weekly, sometimes fortnightly, over video, with occasional intensives in person. The structure is simple so that the work can be deep.
The work is shaped by a structural mind and a long training of attention — a way of listening for the identity being defended underneath the sentence.
A second door
Alongside the leadership work, there is also nondual inquiry — one-to-one, open to anyone drawn to look closely at the nature of experience, not as philosophy but as a lived question.

If something in you has been circling this for a while,
that is usually the signal.
